Living the land, caring for the land: a possible challenge for young farmers.

PROGRAM OF THE DAY:

2:30 p.m.: excursion with a visit to the farms lasting about 2.30 hours and covering a distance of 5 km.

5:00 p.m.: talk with the farmers, for a discussion on local business experiences, values and passions, production strategies, and challenges encountered.

6:45 p.m.: narrated tasting at the Casel di San Siro, where the farmers present the foods telling the stages of production and transformation, the timings and the seasonality.
