The Stien mill has reached 170 years. The company was purchased by the family on September 9, 1848.
The facility has passed from generation to generation and is currently managed by Franco and Federica Stien. The history and quality of the products make it an important reality.
The main products are: polenta flour, pastry flour, bread, and animal feed. The raw materials used come exclusively from farms in our area.
Over time, new technologies have been introduced for more effective quality control of various production processes. If you still want to taste the flavors of 100 years ago, we have whole grain products that retain all the vitamins and minerals present in the grain and are made with cereals from our territory.
