Wash the potatoes and boil them in salted water in their skin. Meanwhile, brown the bacon with butter in a pan and, after a few minutes, add the chopped onion, turn off as soon as the onion is soft and transparent. When both the ingredients are cooked, peel the potatoes and mash them together with the beans, making fall the past in a pan of appropriate size.
Put it on the heat again and stir together the sauce you prepared earlier, with salt and pepper. Blend vigorously , cooking on a medium heat: the mixture must be homogeneous with consistency similar to that of an hard “polenta”. Overthrow on the cutting board and then serve it: it is great and tasty both cold and hot.
