Pasta with beans of Lamon

Salt, pepper Simmer the beans in plenty of lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then drain them and put them in another saucepan with plenty of hot water (or broth) and a couple of potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces.

Ingredients:
500 grams of fresh beans of Lamon
2 potatoes
Water (or light vegetable and meat broth)
100 grams of bacon or lard
1 onion
100 grams of pasta
Oil
Butter

Salt, pepper Simmer the beans in plenty of lightly salted water for 10 minutes, then drain them and put them in another saucepan with plenty of hot water (or broth) and a couple of potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces.
In a pan fry the chopped bacon in oil and butter; add the chopped onion after few minutes and turn off as soon as the onion becomes soft and transparent.
Drain the potatoes and beans (if possible peel them) and put them back on the fire in their broth, adding the fried bacon and onion on prepared before. Salt and pepper, bring the soup to boil and put to cook the pasta.
To add more flavor you can add some pork rinds. Pasta and beans can be consumed both warm or cold.
