Falesia di Cornolade

Falesia di Cornolade

The cliff overlooking Lake Santa Croce

The cliff is divided into two sectors, one low (with some very difficult routes) and one high, dedicated to less strong climbers. The high sector develops along a wide band of rocks, with slabs and cracks. Be careful with the bolting, which is not always optimal.

Access:

Upon reaching the area of La Secca, proceed along the main road towards Vittorio Veneto. After about a kilometer and a half, at the sign “Cornolade,” turn right, crossing a narrow underpass created through the railway embankment. Park just after in a clearing on the left. On foot, pass a gate and take a forest road that will run alongside the well-preserved remains of a lime kiln located near a large boulder on the left. Continue further by taking a path on the right, slightly uphill, until you reach the rock of the Cornolade cliff.
