We had sort of promised to do a sequel, so here we are, with a Christmas dinner, but not on Christmas (even though the number is right). We are doing it early because we want you with your taste buds and senses invigorated, not dulled by too much food and family. The gift we are preparing for those who book quickly – it’s not a novelty: the seats are few, without exceptions – is threefold, like the protagonists of the evening. A few clues, suggested by Angela. Cocoa originates in tropical climates, grappa is a product of the cold; cocoa has thousands of years of history, grappa is much younger; Christmas is a festival of light in the darkest moment of the year, cocoa is dark by nature, but generates “bright” flavors; the Advent period has two souls like chocolate, one of inner peace and the other of convivial joy. Need more? The menu, of course, but for that, one must be patient.
