From the Malga Ciauta forest, the trail ascends towards the Rifugio Venezia, crossing pastures, panoramic clearings, and a unique little lake linked to legend, with imposing views of the Pelmo. The hike continues in a wild and little-frequented setting up to the summit of Monte Pena, where the 360-degree view is even more impressive.
