Meeting at 5:00 a.m. at the market square of Cesiomaggiore

Group departure at 5:10 a.m. for Calbéna, distance 1.5 km, elevation gain 220 meters, paved road + path, approximately 30 minutes

At 6:00 a.m. concert with ROSSANA TATTO known as VEJRA, accompanied by the stories of Rosa Lusa and Silvana Vignaga, while enjoying an excellent breakfast prepared by Ficus Gourmet.

After the music, you can choose between: a pilates class (8:30 a.m.) or a walk to discover the frescoes of Vico Calabrò in the S.Agapito valley (8:20 a.m.).
