Dinner Menu

Appetizer: Potato cream, sautéed porcini, Malga cheese in fondue and slice of speck;

First courses: Pumpkin risotto stirred with Malga butter with crunchy pastin and chestnuts – Potato gnocchi with venison ragù;

Second course: Braised wild boar in red wine with einkorn polenta from the Dolomites and stewed vegetables;

Dessert: Milk cream infused with hay, persimmon compote and cocoa crumble;

House wine, water, and coffee.
