La Facera fassana prende forma
In the courtyard of Palazzo Secco, home of the Maschere Dolomitiche Museum of Gianluigi Secco, visitors will be able to see Davide Deflorian, a mask maker from Val di Fassa, sculpting the ritual masks of the Trentino Ladin valley live.
Bufon, Laché, and Marascons are the ritual masks that characterize the traditions of Val di Fassa, narrated throughout the year at the Museo Ladin de Fascia, part of the Majon di Fascegn Cultural Institute, and visible during Carnival in Alba and Penìa di Canazei thanks to the Gròp de la Mèscres de Delba and Penìa.
The event is organized by Borgo Piave ETC aps and is part of the “Belluno Città del legno” series.
