Two days of celebration in Tambre on the 15th and 16th of August, featuring traditions, a market fair, gastronomy, crafts, activities for children, music, and cultural events.

The 15th and 16th of August 2026 Tambre celebrates Ferragosto with two days full of events.

On August 15th, on the occasion of the Feast of the Assumption, the streets of the village will host a fair market throughout the day. At 10:30 a.m., the Holy Mass of the Assumption will be celebrated in the Parish Church, while from 12:00 p.m., at the area of the Pian de Dora Playground, a stand will open with grilled food and first courses of tradition, also available for takeout. At 8:30 p.m., the Holy Mass of the Assumption will take place with a procession animated by the parish choir.

On August 16th, the festival continues with the craft market and “Dughi de na olta”, scheduled from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.. The kiosk will be open throughout the day offering sandwiches with pastin. At 3:30 p.m., there will be readings dedicated to the little ones accompanied by Veronica’s guitar, while at 7:00 p.m. there will be music with the group Rock@Sintomatico.

The day also includes the Holy Mass at 10:30 a.m., followed by the sale of cakes in favor of the Parish of Tambre. At the Social Center, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., there is a meeting of second home owners and tourists, and at 6:00 p.m., the presentation of the book “Migrants – The Children of Teodora and Santo” with author Licia Gallo Bona.
