It is advisable to bring a blanket, a medium-weight jacket, mosquito repellent, sunscreen, and a sun hat to use during pre-event moments and the concert.

Attention: tents or gazebos for shade are not allowed, but small umbrellas that can be closed at the beginning of the performance are permitted.

On Sunday, August 2 at 5:00 p.m., the Cajada locality in Longarone will host the second stage of Dolomiti Arena – Slow Mountain Music Festival featuring a concert by TIROMANCINO.

This event takes place in a location of great symbolic value, where the mountain meets memory in a context that naturally invites reflection and a slow discovery of the territory. The day can be an opportunity to explore the surroundings through itineraries that tell the story of places, museums, and exhibition spaces that hold the history of the valley, along with paths that connect villages and communities, where local identity is expressed through traditions and hospitality and where the Dolomiti Bellunesi can be seen even more closely.

THE EVENT IS FREE AND OPEN TO ALL. If you can, register: it’s not mandatory, but you’ll help us better organize the day! 

ACCESS TO THE CONCERT AREA
The concert area can be reached exclusively on foot or by bike (no shuttle service provided). 

PARKING
The parking in Cajada is the nearest to the concert area (about 45 minutes on foot) and is by reservation and until all spaces are filled. The road to get there is a mountain road, narrow and winding, and will be one-way uphill to allow access to cars with passes. It is recommended to choose this parking if you are experienced with this type of roadway and to arrive by 3:30 p.m. at the latest.
Overall, allow at least 55 minutes between parking and accessing the event to arrive on time.
Those arriving at the Cajada parking after 4:30 p.m. will not be able to make it in time for the start of the concert.

NOTE: Reserving parking in Cajada and registering for the event are not the same thing: registration helps us know how many will attend the concert but is NOT valid for using parking in Cajada. To park in Cajada, it is necessary to register via the Google Form mentioned above.

Additional parking is available downhill, from where you can reach the concert area by mountain bike (minimum 45 minutes) or on foot (about 3 hours):
– Parking near the Fortoga hut in Desedan (150m after the glassworks), recommended for those who want to walk up.
– Parking at the Fortogna Cemetery (recommended for those who want to bike up)
– Parking at the DIAB Company

For users arriving by motorcycle, parking is available in Località Pra de Caval, beside the road, free until spaces run out.

HOURS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
It is advisable to arrive at the concert area by 3:30 p.m. Always follow the instructions of the staff on site.
For users with a pass for the Cajada Parking, it is mandatory to reach the entrance of the road to Cajada (at Faè Desedan) by 3:00 p.m. to not lose the reservation.

DISABLED PARKING
Available by reservation only (limited spaces).
Request via email to dolomitiarena22@gmail.com with name, license plate number, and details of disabled badge required. Reservations will close on Wednesday, July 29 at 12:00 p.m. or until spaces run out.

FOOT AND BIKE PATHS
For those who have reserved Cajada parking, follow the road that leads to Col de Igoi towards the concert area (about 45 minutes on foot).
For those who left their car at the parking after the glassworks, at DIAB, or at the Fortogna Cemetery, continue on the same road as the cars heading to Cajada (about 3 hours on foot or 45 minutes by bike – 850m of elevation gain).

USEFUL INFO
Designated area for bike parking. Refreshment point with sandwiches and drinks. Mountain attire strongly recommended, along with hiking boots or technical shoes.

ENVIRONMENT AND SAFETY
The concert location is entirely within the National Park of the Dolomiti Bellunesi, an extraordinary yet fragile environment. To visit it without damaging its natural heritage and allow also those who visit after us to admire its beauty, it is necessary to respect certain rules:
– no fires allowed, picking flowers, mushrooms, plants or damaging vegetation and the environment in any way, disturbing and feeding animals
– no smoking and no introducing glass bottles
– dogs must always be kept on a leash
– do not litter the environment: dispose of waste in the designated areas or take it home.

On the morning of the concert, let yourself be surprised by the territory of Longarone: discover its symbol places and attractions thanks to special openings dedicated to visitors:
1. Church of the Blessed Virgin Mary Immaculate: A symbol of Longarone’s rebirth after the Vajont tragedy, this church tells a story of memory, hope, and rebirth through its architecture and spaces. Open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
2. Monumental Cemetery of the Victims of Vajont: A place of memory and reflection, dedicated to the victims of the Vajont disaster, to learn about a fundamental chapter in the history of the territory. Cemetery area always open; museum portal open Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
3. Longarone Vajont Museum – Moments of History: An emotional journey through documents, images, and testimonies that tell the history of Vajont and its reconstruction. Open every day from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., full ticket €6.
4. Ethnographic Museum of the Raftsmen of the Piave: Discover the ancient tradition of the raftsmen, key figures in the transport of timber along the Piave, and an integral part of the identity of the territory through 13 thematic rooms starting from the cutting of timber to the arrival of rafts in Venice. Special opening Sunday from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.; contribution of €5. Guided tours available upon request (about 2 hours).
5. Stone and Stonecutter Museum: A journey through tools, works, and stories to learn about the art of stonecutters and the long tradition of stone processing. Open Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.; special opening Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Full ticket €5, including the current permanent exhibition “Alessandra Masi: my gaze on the Dolomites”.
