The Alpinia Itinera agency was founded in the spring of 2011 with the main intent to promote the Dolomite and Belluno area in a comprehensive manner and to offer the most customized solutions possible for those seeking slow and sustainable tourism.

The collaboration with natural-environmental guides and expert geologists contributes to expanding the range of “green” proposals aimed at the natural and cultural exploration of the territory.

It offers tourist packages aimed at in-depth (re)discovery of the natural and cultural heritage of our territory, with particular regard to the Dolomites, a UNESCO World Heritage site. At the same time, counting on the collaboration of about fifteen selected national Tour Operators, Alpinia Itinera is able to meet most of the needs of classic tourism clients.

Alpinia Itinera is also a specialized bookstore focused on local themes, environmental issues, and travel-related topics, always attentive to the latest editorial news; at our headquarters, you can find a wide assortment of publications, from classic travel guides to scientific thematic ones, from literature to large photographic volumes. As a publishing house, it is about to publish naturalistic guides related to the paths of the Dolomite High Trails no. 1 and no. 2. A part of the generous shelving houses a rich library for public and free consultation.

Divided into local, naturalistic, and alpine culture categories, it allows scholars to access documents that are not always easy to find. Alpinia Itinera organizes and participates in the organization of numerous cultural events, from thematic courses (naturalistic photography, fauna, flora) to evenings of projections related to the countries visited in its travels.

For environmental accompaniment, the Alpinia agency relies on the experience of Alpine Guides, Medium Mountain Accompanists, and natural-environmental guides. Furthermore, guided tours in the province of Belluno are conducted by licensed tourist guides.
