Train station with unguarded parking.
The Sedico-Bribano station is a railway station located on the Calalzo-Padova line, serving the town of Sedico and the district of Bribano, where it is situated. It is managed by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana and was opened on November 10, 1886, as an extension of the railway that connected Treviso to Feltre. From 1925 to 1955, it was accompanied by the station of the Società Anonima Industriale Ferroviaria, SAIF, of the Montecatini Group, which was the terminus of the line to Agordo, connecting the mines of Agordo to the valley floor. The freight yard of the station was closed after the mid-1990s with the cessation of wagon transport service. The products handled in Sedico were timber and kaolin (for a ceramic industry in the area). The station is served by regional trains operated by Trenitalia within the framework of the service contract established with the concerned regions.
