At the entrance of the scenic Pian del Cansiglio is the museum created thanks to forest inspector Giovanni Zanardo. Here, naturalistic finds related to the Plateau that hosts the centuries-old Cansiglio Forest are preserved.
The collection is owned by the CC Biodiversity Department of Vittorio Veneto, which also offers interesting educational paths dedicated to schools of all levels.
Free entry and on the opening days there will be two guided tours: at 10.30 am and at 3.30 pm.

Open from June to October.
Wednesday: 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Thursday and Friday 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
For periods outside of the indicated months, open by appointment only.
