The starting point of this route is the main square of the municipality of Mel, where you cross a porch that leads to a path. At the end of the path, keeping your right in the direction of Foll, continue on your left along the cartroad and then cross the asphalt road, taking the path to Tiago, that leads to the Castle of Zumelle. Of ancient origin, the castle was a military garrison along the Via Claudia Augusta Altinate. The itinerary crosses characteristic villages, reaching the banks of the Piave river and returns to Mel. As evidenced by the interesting necropolis, Mel is a town of Paleovenetian origin, featuring a beautiful sixteenth-century square overlooked by Venetian-style palaces. (45 % dirt road, 20 % single track, 35% asphalt)
