Almost all of the route runs along forest roads, dirt roads, with two climbs (one of which very challenging) and a technical descent. Passing near the alpine farmsteads of Cima Campo and Celado, the itinerary leads to the fortifications of Cima Lan and Forte Leone. Built between 1906 and 1912, the Forte Leone fortification is a building of great historical importance. The fort, however, was never used and was dismantled in 1916. From the fort you’ll be amazed by the view of the most beautiful mountains of this area: Ortigara, Lagorai, Pale di San Martino, Vette feltrine, Visentin and the Grappa’s Massif. (20km dirt road, 1.800m hiking trail, 2km asphalt).
