I wrote I wanted a lemon tea to reconstruct facts, encounters, and relationships that have been caused or conditioned by the bipolar disorder I live with. This has put me in a position to organize the entirety of my experiences: it has been a painful journey, but one from which I have benefited because I have defined some aspects of the past that required a friendly reconciliation, primarily with myself.

I believe that this book can be useful to others because I have indicated some conditions for getting out of the tangle of mental illness: for example, the awareness of needing to manage a insidious illness is essential for leading you to care for yourself with attention and consistency.

I am happy to tell how one can return to being serene (and even happy) after reality has unraveled. Fabio Macaluso

Saturday at 9:30 AM breakfast. Coffee, tea, all the good things needed to start the day well: cookies made with organic flours baked in a wood oven, yogurt and local cheeses, garden fruit jams, and whatever the awakening and the season inspires (for example, chiffon). 

At 12.30 PM a light lunch, greetings and a toast. In between, chit-chat, questions, great ideas. As much as you want.
