Davide and Federica

Davide and Federica, born and raised in the Feltre area, met among its mountains in 2019.

At the beginning of 2022, they decided to both quit their jobs and embark together on a backpacking trip that saw them visit Latin America over a year and a half.

Their passion for the mountains remains alive, but they have added many other interests, including the desire to get their hands dirty with the earth, fermented foods, biodanza, and manual work.

Crossing Latin America for a year and a half. During this long journey, they explored 8 countries, immersed in breathtaking landscapes, from hikes in the Amazon rainforest, to treks in high-altitude mountains, to visiting ancient cities rich in history.

But their journey was not just a geographical discovery: through workaway experiences and volunteering, they had the opportunity to connect with the different local cultures, learning from those who live in close contact with nature.

The return to their roots, enriched by new experiences and awareness, led Davide and Federica to create “Pura Vida”, a small farm that represents the fruit of all they have learned and experienced.
