Summer has arrived and we celebrate with a carefree glass and a background of Irish folk music on the sweet notes of Luca Ventimiglia and Alberto Tonet. Tasting the Pavana, an ancient local grape variety, in 2 variants paired with an ancient grain and sourdough pizza in 2 versions:

Radiosa Aurora, our refermented wine paired with a focaccia with basil sauce, pancetta, and semi-dry cherry tomatoes

Crode Rosse, fresh from bottling paired with a pizza with fresh mountain cheese, local speck, and zucchini flowers
