To participate in the activity, it is mandatory to make a reservation as described above. Forest dives will take place upon reaching the minimum number of participants.
Transfers to the starting points of the excursions are not organized and must therefore be carried out with personal means. Program changes can be made at the sole discretion of the guide if the conditions are not suitable to ensure a sufficient level of safety.

Forest immersion is a way to experience the forest that allows you to enter into a deep relationship with it, deriving numerous scientifically proven physical and psychological benefits from it, as shown by numerous studies.

We will take you into the woods to rejuvenate, to rediscover our biophilia through sensory contact with Nature, and to regain inner calm and balance.

Cost: 20 euros per person. This fee includes guidance from an Environmental Guide and a Forest Immersion Leader. The cost for a cycle of 3 immersions is €55.
