Welcome Back to Beyond the Peaks, from January 9 to 18, 2026. The theme of the 29th edition is “Snow?”. A rich program of events awaits you!

On Sunday, January 11 at 10:00 AM, at Palazzo Bembo, the exhibition “The World of a Tick” will be inaugurated.

Texts, photographs, and images by Deborah Nadal, Vito Vecellio, Luca Frigo and 43 students from the Higher Education Institute Tomaso Catullo in Belluno. The exhibition is part of the research project “MULTIBODI” on the social perception of ticks in the Belluno area and collects memories, observations, and reflections on coexistence with these animals from different perspectives, through three generations and three different communication modes.

The event is organized with the collaboration of the Department of Humanities at Ca’ Foscari University and the Giovanni Angelini Foundation – Mountain Studies Center.

The exhibition can be visited until February 8.
