Written in 1993 by Giorgio Gaber and Sandro Luporini, the monologue Il dio bambino continues and deepens Gaber’s theatrical journey of those years.

Il dio bambino tells a normal love story that unfolds over several years and gives the authors the opportunity to explore Man, trying to understand whether he has managed to become an adult or has remained irrevocably a child.

Set in a metaphorical dilapidated venue, the show is punctuated by fragments of songs by Giorgio Gaber, which guide the audience in interpreting a tale of tragicomic, powerful contemporaneity.
