It tells the life of a great winemaker, Count Desiderio Ancillotto. Because perhaps only a madman like Isacco Pitusso can grasp, by talking to the dead, the flow of time, the things that have changed but also the values that great men carry with them and leave as fruitful seeds.

A theatrical story where we reason, we remember, we laugh, we get emotional because the love for the land is a love for life, because good wine requires art and art adds bubbles to thoughts.
