Market show with chestnut

An established event over the years, which this year crosses the remarkable milestone of the twenty-eighth edition: it is the Festival of Autumn Flowers, of the cheeses and flavors of Belluno that will take place on Sunday in Busche with the organization of the Pro Loco and Coldiretti Belluno.

A review traditionally dedicated to the enhancement of the short supply chain that will see in the market exhibition also the presence of other agricultural excellence.

The Belluno area is a land of agricultural food culture of humble profile but extraordinary quality. In the kitchen, a constant search between tradition and innovation is able to translate the authenticity of mountain products into dishes rich in different flavors and tastes. The gastronomic proposals also express the distinctive features of this mountain land: sobriety and simplicity, combined with a work of craftsmanship made of patience, wisdom and great care.

In recent years, many growers have also recovered some native varieties to prevent their disappearance and encourage their spread, with the knowledge that good cuisine is also born from a good land.

The day will be made delicious thanks to the chestnut of the volunteers of the Pro loco of Busche.
