The municipality of Belluno presents the course on emotions by psychologist and psychotherapist Giovanna Ninni, for young people aged 16 to 22.

Five free two-hour meetings. We will talk about what emotions are, how they work, how they are expressed, what they are for, and how we can use them to become happier.
A group journey to discover our emotional world, its difficulties, and its personal and relational resources.
