Ring from Palafavera to Lake Coldai among forests and the ever-closer walls of Pelmo. You climb to Rifugio Sonino, then beyond the pass the lake appears, nestled among the rocks at the foot of Civetta, with its emerald waters. The return is via a less-trodden path, offering views of Val di Zoldo.
