Reverse in English means reverse, but also to overturn, to flip;
in the Venetian dialect it is used to
describe a “strange” person
who does not conform to society. “You are
really reversed!”
We are an LGBTQIA+
intersectional and transfeminist collective.
We work through the sharing of practices and knowledge to build communities and networks.
We are open to discussions, joint
projects, and moments of exchange that
can enrich us and transform the present.
We like to see things from different
points of view, to overturn prejudices and turn stereotypes upside down.
We want to build a reality that is more
equitable, just, and livable for all.
We are antifascist, antiracist,
antisexist, antiableist.

The Inclusive Committee for Action and Orientation (C.I.A.O.) arises from the will of some people from the province of Belluno to create a meeting and socialization point for LGBTQ people.
It is a committee based on free discussion and knowledge of the Belluno area. 
It aims to be a point of debate and social initiative in the fight against discrimination and the right to equality.
