“Cortino”- The Short Film Festival for Children and Teens

“Cortino” is a festival that highlights the wonder of cinema for the new generations.
The second edition, which will be held on November 23, 2025, will focus on the theme “The languages and places that help us grow”, celebrating creativity and growth through visual storytelling.

In this edition, a total of 46 short films from all over the world have been submitted, out of which the jury has selected 19 in total across the two categories.

The short films will be evaluated by the youth jury composed of the classes that have joined the project.

The theme of the “Cortino” festival is “the languages and places that help us grow“

The presented short films have a maximum duration of 15 minutes and two categories have been established:

• Animated Short Films “Clouds Category“
• Fiction Short Films “Magic Lantern Category“

• Screening of the animated short films for children proposed for the Clouds.

  • Books Are Made of Trees by Julianna Jakubowska
