Authentic flavors of true Roman Cuisine.

From Thursday 4 to Sunday 7 September, the “Carbonara Festival” will be held at Piazza dei Martiri in Belluno.

Visitors can taste the most famous dishes of Roman cuisine: Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, as well as Carciofo alla Giudia, Fiore di Zucca, Supplì, Abbacchio Scottadito, Porchetta d’Ariccia, Maritozzi and much more.   

Vegan and vegetarian options will be available, along with a certified and uncontaminated food truck where you can taste the 3 traditional First Courses and Original Porchetta from the IGP castles, gluten-free.

Tables and benches will be available for comfortably enjoying your dinner, and NovaRoma Live Show will accompany the event (traditional Roman songs and more).
