The Municipality of Belluno, through the Department of Environment and Civil Protection, organizes for Saturday, October 25, from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM in the courtyard of Palazzo Crepadona, the conference “Climate Change: Scenarios, Challenges, and Solutions”, in collaboration with the Provincial Order of Engineers.

This initiative is part of a process of deepening and dialogue on issues related to climate change, aimed at the realization of a publication of studies and analyses on the subject, supported by a regional contribution from the Department of Environment and Civil Protection of the Veneto Region. The proceedings of the conference will form the basis for the future publication, which will gather contributions from experts and professionals engaged in research and management of climate-related issues.

During the morning, speakers from the academic, scientific, and technical fields will take turns, offering perspectives on actions for adaptation and mitigation of climate change, with particular attention to the impact on the territory and the management of natural risks.
