Celebrations for the 80th anniversary of the Liberation.

On the 80th anniversary of the Liberation, the Municipality of Borgo Valbelluna, in collaboration with the Comprehensive Institute Marco da Melo and the Armed Associations of the Municipality, celebrates together with all the citizens.

On Thursday, April 24 at 9:30 AM in the square in front of the Town Hall, students from the first-grade secondary school in Lentiai will present reflections, with musical interludes, on the Resistance, with particular attention to the various roles that women played during that period of clandestine-partisan struggle (patriots, couriers, commanders) and with reference to some important figures for our area, such as Tina Merlin or, for Veneto, Tina Anselmi.

On Friday, April 25 at 10:20 AM, meeting for the Raising of the Flag in front of the Town Hall, at 10:30 AM Holy Mass in the parish church of Santa Maria Assunta, at 11:10 AM laying of the Wreath and Honors to the Fallen.
