Among the less famous and known Dolomites, the Friulian ones hide places of great beauty and interest. Inside the Friulian Dolomites Natural Park, we will explore the Val Zemola just above the village of Erto, towards the Cava Buscada refuge, where history, geology, and good cuisine merge to welcome us. There is a possibility to visit the abandoned quarry, rich in ammonite fossils, which has now become a Geo-Paleontological Park.
