The second of the ways of the sky

The Alta Via delle Dolomiti N.2 winds from the ancient historic city of Bressanone in the Province of Bolzano to the marvelous Venetian-style town of Feltre in the Province of Belluno.

There are numerous mountain groups that can be traversed in thirteen beautiful and adventurous stages: Plòse, Pùtia, Odle, Pùez, Sella, Marmolada, Pale di San Martino, and Alpi Feltrine.

The variety of landscapes and geological features of these places, along with the pastures, woods, and rocks make this route truly unique.

The entire route is reserved for those seeking authentic emotions aimed at savoring every type of natural beauty.

The stages touch the following landmarks: Bressanone, Rifugio Città di Bressanone, Rifugio Genova, Rifugio Pùez, Rifugio “Franco Cavazza” al Pisciadù, Rifugio Castiglioni alla Marmolada, Passo San Pellegrino, Rifugio “Volpi” al Mulàz, Rifugio “Pedrotti” alla Rosetta, Rifugio Pradidàli, Rifugio Treviso, Passo Ceréda, Bivacco Feltre “Walter Bodo”, Rifugio “Bruno Boz”, Rifugio Dal Piaz, Croce d’Aune, Feltre.

From one valley to another and from one refuge to another, you will be immersed in breathtaking views, always rich in intense hues.

You are in a natural environment that demands respect:

• Prohibition of flower picking
• Prohibition of bathing
• No to loud noise
• Prohibition of lighting fires
• Do not leave trash lying around, but dispose of it in designated areas (including cigarette butts, tissues, masks, and organic waste)
• Minors must be accompanied
• Dogs must be kept on a leash and their waste collected
• Do not leave the trail
• Do not disturb the local wildlife
