From Thursday, September 3 to Sunday, September 6, the “Carbonara Festival<\/b>” will be held at Piazza dei Martiri in Belluno.<\/p>\n
Visitors can taste the most famous dishes of Roman Cuisine<\/b>: Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe, Amatriciana, as well as Carciofo alla Giudia, Fiore di Zucca, Suppl\u00ec, Abbacchio Scottadito, Porchetta d’Ariccia, Maritozzi, and much more. <\/p>\n
Vegan and vegetarian options will be available, along with a certified and uncontaminated food truck where you can taste the 3 First Dishes of tradition and Original Porchetta from IGP castles, gluten-free<\/b>.<\/p>\n
Tables and benches will be available for comfortably enjoying lunch and dinner.<\/p>\n
DJ Set on Friday from 9:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m.<\/p>\n
Stornelli Romani and Live Italian music will accompany the event on Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and Sunday from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (with artists directly from Rome).<\/p>\n
