Presentation meeting for the book by Andrea Bianchi Cold Therapy<\/i>.<\/p>\n
The meeting is part of the programming of Camminando Festival, experiences, sensations, emotions, a review that since 2016 promotes walking at 360\u00b0 in Valbelluna, focusing on enhancing the environment and promoting psycho-physical and cultural well-being through access to quality content, including book presentations.<\/p>\n
Andrea Bianchi, founder of Il silenzio dei passi, the first Barefoot Hiking school, will speak about Cold Therapy<\/i>, also presenting his book in collaboration with I Cammini dell\u2019Anima.<\/p>\n
Since 2017, with the Academy Il silenzio dei passi, Bianchi proposes the Haute Mind method, a system of integrated practices in nature for psycho-physical well-being, where barefoot walking is accompanied by conscious breathing, grounding, bathing in natural waters, and cold management to develop internal heat.<\/p>\n
