The Saint Francis poet<\/b> with the Canticle of the Creatures<\/i>. The great Franciscans, from the tertiaries \u2013 Dante, Columbus \u2013 to the saints \u2013 Saint Anthony, Padre Pio \u2013 up to the first Pope named Francis.<\/p>\n
Through this tale, the figure of a wonderful saint returns, reconstructing a precious piece of Italian identity.<\/p>\n
Aldo Cazzullo (Alba, 1966) is a well-known Italian journalist, writer, and television host, editorialist and deputy director of the \u00abCorriere della Sera\u00bb. After a long experience at \u00abLa Stampa\u00bb, he established himself by recounting the history and identity of Italy through numerous bestsellers. Known for a clear and direct style, he focuses on Italian history, the Resistance, the Risorgimento, and national identity.<\/p>\n
Author of over thirty books, among the most notable are To See the Stars Again <\/i>(2020), Mussolini the Gang Leader <\/i>(2022), When We Were the Masters of the World <\/i>(2023) and The God of Our Fathers <\/i>(2024).<\/p>\n
Since 2022, he has hosted A Particular Day <\/i>on LA7, a successful program that explores historical places and figures. He has received prestigious awards, including the Estense Prize, the Hemingway Prize, and the Biagio Agnes Prize.<\/p>\n
