DESCRIPTION:Sporting event \nThe Municipality of Feltre is organizing a series of winter sports activities for children and young people from the schools in the municipal area in anticipation of the Milan-Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games. \nOn the occasion of the event\, a competition dedicated to school classes will also be organized\, asking them to create a themed banner titled “How We Imagine the Olympic Games.” \nOn Friday\, January 16\, 2026\, specifically\, a parade will be organized featuring children from preschools\, primary schools\, and lower secondary schools alongside local sports associations\, who will march from Piazza Maggiore to Prà del Moro\, displaying their banners starting at 5:00 PM.  \nOther cultural associations from the Municipality of Feltre and exceptional testimonials will also participate in the event to create a moment of engagement for young generations and the entire community with winter sports and Olympic values. \nThe parade will conclude at Prà del Moro\, where the final greetings from the Municipal Administration\, speeches from the Testimonials\, the awards of the competition\, and the lighting of the cauldron will take place. \nThe entire community is invited to participate.

In particular\, the narrative focuses on the new lives of the “former Chernobyl children” after their experience in Sardinia\, highlighting the generosity of the families\, but also the strength of the young people who have found the possibility to “reborn.” \nBetween past\, present\, and future\, “The Storks of Chernobyl” is a collection of stories where the experiences lived by the protagonists flow in a stream of references and flashbacks to continuously reconnect with the nuclear disaster from which everything began.
