SUMMARY:Trovarsi al sole
DESCRIPTION:Free event\, registration required 12 occasions through the streets of Valbelluna to meet new faces and discover other paths. \nNot just work\, not just home. To choose a place\, something more is needed: fundamental are the relationships one manages to build around oneself. \nThat is why\, within the PRIMAVERA CASA project – a project aimed at reopening unused houses in Valbelluna to make them available to new inhabitants\, young people\, workers – the widespread event TROVARSI was born. \nA lot of outings to discover the territory\, to build relationships while walking. The 12 outings of TROVARSI AL SOLE are distributed both geographically (throughout Valbelluna) and temporally (the first on June 20\, the last on October 18) and are completely free\, but with limited number: therefore\, it is important to book\, through the site primaveracasa.eu or on Eventbrite (the link is https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/trovarsi-al-sole-trovarsi-allombra-4844988). \n The event – which in autumn will become TROVARSI ALL’OMBRA\, moving to the taverns of Valbelluna – is designed as a welcome for those who have recently moved here (but not only!)\, and have pleasure in getting to know\, along with new places\, new people. And precisely to encourage meetings among those who do not yet know each other\, at the end or during the walks\, or bike rides\, convivial moments are always planned – to chat also with your legs under the table\, in a refuge or in a malga\, at the bar\, in a tavern\, with a refreshing aperitif. \n Even the convivial moments are covered by the PRIMAVERA CASA project. A project that\, let us remember\, has been working for some years (since September 2022)\, thanks to the support of the Cariverona Foundation\, together with property owners to reopen unused houses\, to give them new life and make them available to those who wish to move to live and work in Valbelluna. The project partners are\, from the beginning\, Società Nuova\, Isoipse\, ACLI servizi\, and the Dolomiti Prealpi Tourism Consortium. \n The TROVARSI event\, in particular\, is conceived and organized by ISOIPSE\, in collaboration with the rest of the team. In thinking about the importance of territorial hospitality\, compared to the much-celebrated appeal of the territory\, it seemed natural to us to imagine an event – partly in the sun\, walking\, partly in the shade\, among the bars and taverns of Valbelluna – that encourages the seemingly simple but not so easy goal\, especially for those who move here\, of meeting new people\, spending quality time together\, and taking the risk of getting to know them. \n THE OUTINGS In particular\, for TROVARSI AL SOLE\, 12 outings have been scheduled\, partly with the guides of ISOIPSE\, partly with the social operators of the Dolomiti Prealpi Tourism Consortium. \n \nJune 20 afternoon – Resilient vineyards\, in Sospirolo \n June 27 afternoon – The Ice Age\, on Monte Avena \n July 4 morning – Among the beech trees\, at Col Indes (Alpago) \n July 12 morning – Here\, we still play\, in Farra di Mel July 25 afternoon – In the moon of herbs\, in Valmorel \n August 29 morning – Between bàrch and fojaròi\, in Val di Seren – bike outing \nSeptember 12 morning – The wind has risen\, on Vajont – the cost of visiting the dam is 7 euros \nSeptember 19 afternoon – Getting lost to find oneself\, in Cansiglio \nSeptember 26 afternoon – Watching the sea\, in Nevegal \n October 3 morning – Houses and crops\, in Solivi di Fastro – bike outing \nOctober 10 morning – Border surprises\, in San Donato di Lamon \nOctober 18 morning – Man through the centuries\, in Valle di Lamen

SUMMARY:Festival Giardino Buzzati 20 years. Second event
DESCRIPTION:Third event of the Festival Festival Giardino Buzzati 20 years dedicated to readings from the book “The Revenge of the Muses” by Serena Dandini \nWith the voices of the theater company Le Bretelle Lasche and the musical accompaniment of Antonio Andrich\, the historic Belluno review LeggereLeSere moves\, for the occasion\, to Villa Buzzati\, giving us a truly special evening. \nUnder the generic definition of “muse” hides a universe that tells the story of human creativity\, and on this battlefield\, the muses have played a role equal to that of the artists they inspired. \nAny creative act\, and therefore vital\, feeds on what we manage to capture outside our comfort zone; for this reason\, everyone – men and women – needs muses who\, through their bright signals\, invite us to step out of the shell of our securities. \nAfter bringing “Sympathy for Marianne” to the stage\, the chapter on the life of Marianne Faithfull contained in the book\, we return to give voice to these “intrepid women who walk on the edge of lightning and thunder.” \nThe event is free admission. \nFor information\, send an email to culturavillabuzzati@gmail.com or call +39 0437 926414 or +39 333 6486024 \nThe historic Belluno event LeggereLeSere curated by the theater company Le Bretelle Lasche presents a reading from the book “The Revenge of the Muses” by Serena Dandini

SUMMARY:Ippolito Caffi and Belluno: from collections to the museum
DESCRIPTION:The conference “Ippolito Caffi and Belluno: from collections to museum”\, held by art historian Massimo De Grassi from the University of Trieste\, is part of the series of meetings for the 150 years of the Civic Museum of Belluno. \n160 years ago\, precisely on July 20\, 1866\, Ippolito Caffi died in the sinking of the ship “Re d’Italia\,” where he had boarded to document what would become known as the Battle of Lissa\, during the Third Italian War of Independence. \nThe illustrious native of Belluno\, who with romantic sensitivity had been able to innovate the genre of landscape painting\, did not live to see the annexation of Veneto to the Kingdom of Italy\, nor to see the establishment of the museum of his city\, founded in 1876. \nHowever\, the bond with his homeland had never been broken\, as evidenced by his paintings on Belluno subjects and the works present in the city’s private collections\, which later merged into the collections of the Civic Museum of Belluno. \nMassimo De Grassi \nFull professor of Contemporary Art History at the University of Trieste\, he was the Curator of the Civic Museum of Belluno from 1999 to 2001\, and today he is part of the scientific committee of the museum. \nAt the beginning of his career\, he focused primarily on Venetian sculpture of the 18th and 19th centuries\, also investigating the relations with ancient art. \nHe then expanded his research field to monumental sculpture of the 19th and 20th centuries\, working on the relationships with architecture and pictorial decoration. \nHe has also dealt with 19th-century painting\, studying in particular the works of Ippolito Caffi and Placido Fabris. \nFree admission\, until seats are filled\, with mandatory reservation by calling +39 0437 913323 or sending an email to prenotazionimuseo@comune.belluno.it \n  \nThe conference “Ippolito Caffi and Belluno: from collections to museum”\, held by art historian Massimo De Grassi from the University of Trieste\, is part of the series of meetings for the 150 years of the Museo Civico di Belluno.

DESCRIPTION:Poetry meeting Let’s Talk About Amelia dedicated to the poetess Amelia Rosselli. \nShow by and with Roberta Lanave and Camilla Sandri Bellezza\, produced by Asterlizze Teatro in collaboration with the Menu of Poetry. \nThe event presents itself as an open dialogue between the authors and the audience\, a symposium enriched by the living material of the poetess: the story of her father Carlo Rosselli\, poetry\, illness\, and the legacy of being a woman poet. \nExcerpts from the manifesto poem The Dragonfly open a window onto the relationship between signifier and signified. \nWhat makes her pen so magical? Illness? Misfortune? Pain? Genius? And what comes to us from her poetry? \nThe two actresses\, having come into contact with the works of Amelia Rosselli during their actor training\, have started to follow her without abandonment. \nFor over ten years\, the poetess has accompanied them in their performances\, almost as a presence\, allowing them to discover more and more details about her extraordinary biography\, intertwined in various ways with the history of our Country. \nRoberta Lanave\, born in ’88\, grows up around Milan. \nIn 2012\, she graduated from the Actor’s School of Teatro Stabile di Torino\, where meeting director Valter Malosti begins a close collaboration. \nUnder his direction\, she plays Ophelia in Hamlet\, Varya in The Cherry Orchard\, and Eliante in The Misanthrope\, to name a few. \nCamilla Sandri Bellezza\, born in ’88\, grows up by Lake Maggiore. \nIn 2012\, she graduated as an actress from the Teatro Stabile di Torino school and earned a degree in Literature from the University of Bologna with a thesis on The Magdalena Project–Women in Contemporary Theatre. \nShe deepens her knowledge in contemporary theatre and dance\, studying with prominent names in the art world. \nShe also has significant collaborations in the field of contemporary theatre. \nAdmission to the show is free. \nFor information\, send an email to culturavillabuzzati@gmail.com or call +39 0437 926414 or +39 333 6486024 \n  \nOpening of the Villa Buzzati garden: meeting Let’s talk about Amelia dedicated to the poetess Amelia Rosselli.
