Like little matches\, each film will illuminate reality in a new way\, showing us a path in these dark times. We need flames\, sparks\, lanterns to guide us\, to give us a little light. That’s why we have taken the motto from Zanzotto “Cinema burns and illuminates\,” because perhaps cinema cannot change the world\, but it can show it to us in a new way. \n  A festival that starts from the province\, that of Belluno and Feltrino\, a territory on the margins yet rich in culture and history\, at the foot of the Dolomites. A cinema among the mountains. \nIn the evocative setting of the ancient city of Feltre: here there will be outdoor screenings in Piazza Maggiore\, and inside Palazzo Guarnieri and the Cinema di Feltre Officinema. \n Each screening will be introduced by a director\, who will talk about their work\, their story\, their projects.  \n  We bring the province to the center\, from where we feel the stories begin.

DESCRIPTION:Opening of the Festival and the garden of Villa Buzzati \nOn the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the Buzzati Garden Festival\, the celebrations for this important milestone will begin. \nStarting at 6:00 p.m.\, there will be a food area where dishes and specialties curated by local producers can be enjoyed. \nAt 7:30 p.m.\, the live performance Orfeo\, by and with Angelo Trabace\, a piano concert\, will be presented. \nAngelo Trabace is a pianist\, author\, and composer. DESCRIPTION:This year Longarone has decided to bring great culture to its oldest village\, Castellavazzo\, proposing “Lithéa – The Art of Stone\, Body\, and Voice.” \nAs if there were a muse\, Lithéa\, guiding hands\, gazes\, voices\, bodies\, the art of extraction and processing of stone will merge with the performing arts. \nThe first opportunity to visit us is Saturday\, July 11\, when Piazza Fontana in Castellavazzo will become the open-air stage for “Lu Santo jullare Francesco”\, a show by Dario Fo\, staged by Mario Pirovano. The occasion is twofold: the 100th anniversary of Dario Fo’s birth and the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis’ death. “It is a great honor for us to be included in the calendar of the official celebrations of the Centenary of Dario Fo\, organized by the Fo Rame Foundation – states Councilor for Culture Anna Olivier – A unique opportunity to listen to a memorable work on the life of Saint Francis\, written by the Nobel Prize winner for Literature 1997. An unprecedented portrait that Fo paints of the most extraordinary innovator of Christian thought\, addressing the great themes that run through contemporary society.”  \nSunday\, July 12\, will instead feature “Alétheia”\, a workshop with a duo of artists: the Belluno soprano Chiara Isotton and American actor Patick Cann. A little less than a year after the awarding of the International Prize Bellunesi which honors the province in Italy and in the World to the soprano\, we decided to offer singing and acting enthusiasts the opportunity to experience a day of work with international professionals. The day will develop into a 360° workshop on voice and body\, starting with texts selected for the occasion. It will be a different experience\, unique in its kind\, to bring enthusiasts closer to work on voice and body that explores different techniques and particular fusions. \nAt the end of the day there will be a performance for the audience. \nA double event in the historic village of Castellavazzo in the company of the muse Lithéa.

DESCRIPTION:Among the numerous exhibitions ranging from flea markets to antique markets in Veneto\, the Fiera dell’oggetto ritrovato held in the historic center of Feltre on the second Sunday of the month\, from April to December\, stands out for its focus on the themes of reuse\, recycling\, and restoration. \nIn the stalls between Piazza Maggiore and via Mezzaterra\, there are those who sell\, those who exchange\, those who enhance\, and those who simply want to give things a second life. \nYou’ll find items for sale of all kinds and from all eras: from antiques to modern collectibles to second-hand goods. From porcelain to vintage clothes\, from records to wooden boxes\, from tools used by our grandparents to coins… there’s something for everyone! \nThe stalls and gazebos are surrounded by frescoed buildings and the imposing medieval structure of the Castle of Alboino; the beautiful Teatro de la Sena (closed for restoration)\, an original miniature of the more famous Gran Teatro la Fenice in Venice\, the Carlo Rizzarda Modern Art Gallery\, the Civic Museum\, and the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art are all worth a visit\, conveniently located in the historic center and with very low entrance fees. \n \n \n Market on the theme of reuse\, recycling\, and restoration

DESCRIPTION:Free guided tour every opening day at 3:00 PM  \nDiscover a story of many centuries \nIn the locality of Santa Libera lies the ancient mill\, whose wheels were already operational in 1526 and which\, until its closure in 1980\, changed hands among the local and Venetian noble families. \nThe mill of Santa Libera tells a story spanning many centuries\, connected to the territory of Santa Giustina and the waters of the Veses stream. As early as 1526\, two flour wheels were in operation\, and over the centuries\, various owners took turns\, often local or Venetian noble families. It was closed by its last owners\, the Zanandrea family\, in 1981. The two-story mill building is part of an ancient rural courtyard\, with the milling equipment and installations on the ground floor and the granary on the upper floor. Thanks to the municipal administration of Santa Giustina\, in 2004 the mill was restored and reopened to the public. Guided tours are available upon request\, with opportunities for milling demonstrations\, educational workshops\, excursions\, and guided visits along the ancient waterways of the Santa Giustina territory that lead to the Mill of Santa Libera in Salzan.

A bit of history with the possibility of visiting the church from 1200 dedicated to San Benedetto.
