DESCRIPTION:The 3rd-4th-5th of July sees the return of Dona 1 Sorriso with its 22nd edition\, a now established event that combines fun\, sports\, music\, and solidarity in a large gathering dedicated to the community. The event will take place in Pian dei Castaldi (Barp\, Sedico)\, and will offer three days full of activities designed for all ages. \nThe initiative arises with an important charitable goal: the entire proceeds will be used to support children and families in difficulty through local associations engaged in social work. He teaches philosophy at the ISSR Fides et ratio of L’Aquila\, at the Pontifical Lateran University\, at the Pontifical Alfonsian Academy\, and at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Teresianum. \nHe is the pastor of San Francesco di Paola in L’Aquila\, responsible for the Culture Office\, and Director of the Archiepiscopal Library “Card. Carlo Confalonieri” of L’Aquila. From 2021 to 2023\, he served as ecclesiastical assistant of the Dicastery for Communication. \nHe is fully engaged in education and regularly holds conferences and spiritual exercises for religious and laypeople. He has many publications to his credit\, translated into several languages.

Like little matches\, each film will illuminate reality in a new way\, showing us a path in these dark times. We need flames\, sparks\, lanterns to guide us\, to give us a little light. That’s why we have taken the motto from Zanzotto “Cinema burns and illuminates\,” because perhaps cinema cannot change the world\, but it can show it to us in a new way. \n  A festival that starts from the province\, that of Belluno and Feltrino\, a territory on the margins yet rich in culture and history\, at the foot of the Dolomites.
