In previous editions\, it has gathered increasing public acclaim\, thus becoming a fixed appointment at the beginning of the summer season in Borgo Valbelluna. \nLike every year\, it will see the participation of artisans in the sector and numerous high-quality exhibitors from all over Italy. The event aims to enhance and safeguard Women’s Arts as well as promote the culture of embroidery and lace\, precious and sophisticated arts that have become increasingly rare in our days\, as they require infinite patience and a lot of time. \nThe splendid setting of the Palazzo delle Contesse transforms into a true workshop for two days: artistic embroideries\, lace\, cross-stitch works\, lace-making\, macramé\, tatting\, threads\, artistic buttons… and much more! \nThere will also be spaces dedicated to mini courses where various embroidery techniques and other artistic specialties will be demonstrated and taught. DESCRIPTION:The first Italian road cycling marathon on a 1\,850 m city circuit \nThe 24 hours of Feltre is the only cycling marathon on the road in Italy that takes place on a completely car-free city circuit. It is a relay race with teams consisting of 12 cyclists each. \n It works like a relay: in turn\, the athletes of the team take turns pedaling for 24 hours.   There are 90 registered teams supplemented by 30 individuals\, the so-called Only One\, who ride alone for 24 hours. \n In recent years\, the event has become a real happening where champions from various sports\, music and entertainment personalities\, and famous entrepreneurs come together to pedal.  \n For a couple of years now\, the 24 hours has been a “battlefield” between the team led by actor Paolo Kessisoglu\, who supports a project for young people called “C’è da fare\,” and entrepreneur Renzo Rosso from Vicenza\, owner of Diesel\, who leads a team of famous personalities pedaling to support the projects of the OTB Foundation\, Only the Brave\, which creates solidarity shops for families in need. \n  Each lap pedaled has an economic value; the winner is the one who completes the most laps in 24 hours and thus earns a check to support their project.  \n Here in Feltre\, there are always extraordinary guests\, and we are waiting to learn about the teams and the novelties of 2026!

DESCRIPTION:Book presentation by Giovanni Carraro \n \nWith this volume\, Giovanni Carraro completes the long journey of exploring the Eastern Veneto Prealps\, which began in 2011 with Rediscovering the Treviso Prealps\, bringing his narrative up to the Valbelluna. \nA journey of 543 kilometers on foot through seven areas that showcase the variety and beauty of the Belluno Prealps: from the Coi de Pèra of Ponte nelle Alpi to the Nevegal – Col Visentin area\, from Limana to Trichiana\, from Mel to Lentiai up to the Piave Canal. \n50 itineraries\, some of which are unpublished\, that touch on ancient stone quarries\, mountain huts and cottages\, small churches\, waterfalls\, gorges\, and old villages\, with views ranging from the Dolomites to the plain. Each route is accompanied by Tabacco maps\, a technical table\, a QR Code for the starting point\, and downloadable GPS tracks from the Ediciclo website. Numerous cultural boxes and reports enrich the narrative with insights on history\, legends\, and local curiosities\, offering the walker an authentic way to know and understand this part of the mountain. \nThe author Giovanni Carraro was born in Pieve di Cadore in 1966 and lives in Susegana (Treviso). A hiker\, writer\, and populariser\, he is the creator of the Prosecco Hills Trail of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Among the books published with Ediciclo: Rediscovering the Treviso Prealps (2011)\, The Hidden Trails of the Treviso Prealps (2013)\, Wild Visentin (2015)\, Dolomites – a Glimpse Among the Rocks (2023)\, and Rediscovering Mount Grappa (2024). He collaborates with Telebelluno and Il Gazzettino\, is a freelance journalist\, a member of CAI\, and a F.I.E. Hiking Guide. DESCRIPTION:Cultural paths dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi \nThe cultural paths dedicated to Saint Francis of Assisi and the Franciscans\, in the 800 years since the death of the saint\, develop in the City of Feltre and its immediate surroundings due to the numerous traces that are preserved there\, both in places of worship and in some historical sites of the citadel and in areas extra moenia. Among the main stops of the itinerary are the Co-cathedral of Feltre\, which houses altars and altarpieces\, fragments of frescoes\, sculptures\, and relics linked to the Franciscan saints\, or works coming from ancient convents of the Friars Minor or Conventuals (such as that of Santa Maria del Prato)\, the church of San Giacomo Maggiore\, on via Mezza­terra (which preserves works from the vanished convent of Santo Spirito)\, the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli in Borgo Tezze\, founded along with its convent of Poor Clare nuns by the friar Bernardino Tomitano from Feltre\, the church of the Sacred Heart on via Belluno\, which was built by the Franciscans more recently (20th century)\, along with the convent complex. Lastly\, the Shrine of Saints Vittore and Corona on Mount Miesna (Anzù)\, with images and architectures that recall the brotherhood of the Saint of Assisi. \nAmong the other historical buildings and city museums containing Franciscan memories – which will be visited during the paths – the Diocesan Museum Belluno-Feltre is noteworthy\, hosting important works depicting Saint Francis and Saint Clare\, as well as wooden and stone elements coming from vanished city convents.
