DESCRIPTION:Listening-meditation in the eight hundredth anniversary of the death of Saint Francis of Assisi. \nThe contemporary attention towards the figure of the Saint of Assisi arises not only from the commemoration of eight hundred years since his death but also from the numerous themes that Francis embodied within an extraordinary human and spiritual journey. \nFrom the critical reworking of his own past and the educational conditioning arises the choice of a righteous life and the unconditional embrace of humility\, obedience\, and poverty. The need for a brotherhood and sisterhood among creatures\, aimed at sharing the tension towards the Divine\, gave rise to the three orders and the definition of a specific monastic rule. \nThe intimate cohesion with nature is expressed in the poetic inspiration of the Canticle\, a synthesis of Francis’ charism and a relational tool with all living beings. His actions\, so unusual\, have inspired written testimonies aimed at providing a truthful image of him even during his lifetime. \nAlongside these themes\, Francis’ sensitivity constantly evokes the figure of Mary\, protector of the Order\, in a bond based on Humilitas\, Caritas\, and Veritas: virtues in perfect alliance in transmitting the message of Christ and in the embrace of the Cross. \nEntrance to the event is free with a conscious donation. \nThe way to the Sanctuary. The event will take place in Pian dei Castaldi (Barp\, Sedico)\, and will offer three days full of activities designed for all ages. \nThe initiative arises with an important charitable goal: the entire proceeds will be used to support children and families in difficulty through local associations engaged in social work. DESCRIPTION:Walk: reservation required by the day before – contribution  € 20.00 (lunch not included). \nLunch at Malga Van only by reservation. \nAs part of the event program organized by “The Paths of the Soul” and “Malga Van”\, on Sunday\, July 5 a hike is planned on the peaks of the Belluno Pre-Alps with environmental guides Ester Andrich and Paolo Tormen\, in discovery of medicinal herbs and the ancient stories that inhabit the ridges above Valmorel. \nThe meeting point is set for 8:45 a.m. at Pian del Vescovo\, where parking is available. \nThe itinerary will develop along the scenic Troi dei Cavai\, passing through Casere Frascon and Malga Cor\, crossing woods\, pastures\, and ancient mountain sites. \nThe duration is about 4.5 hours\, with a positive elevation gain of 450 meters. The excursion will conclude at Malga Van\, where those interested can stop to taste genuine dishes prepared with local products. \nAdequate clothing is recommended: trekking boots\, a jacket\, and trekking poles. \nEthnobotanical excursion

Center on Via Ferd GREST for children aged 3 to 11. \nRegistrations start on Saturday\, June 27 at the Pro Loco office in Lamon on Via Resenterra. \nThe office is open from Monday to Saturday from 10:30 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. No other registration methods are available. The Grest will take place from Monday to Friday with drop-off for the child between 7:30 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. and pick-up between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. The participation fee is 50 euros per week per child (40 euros for the second registered child for the same week). Initial registration for a maximum of 2 weeks per child. \nThe participation fee must be paid at the time of registration. 25 spots available per week. \nRegistration forms are available at the Pro Loco office or in some WhatsApp groups. \nIn case of delegation for picking up the child\, it is necessary to provide a copy of the identity document of the delegator and the delegate(s) at the time of registration.

He teaches philosophy at the ISSR Fides et ratio of L’Aquila\, at the Pontifical Lateran University\, at the Pontifical Alfonsian Academy\, and at the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Teresianum. \nHe is the pastor of San Francesco di Paola in L’Aquila\, responsible for the Culture Office\, and Director of the Archiepiscopal Library “Card. Carlo Confalonieri” of L’Aquila. From 2021 to 2023\, he served as ecclesiastical assistant of the Dicastery for Communication. \nHe is fully engaged in education and regularly holds conferences and spiritual exercises for religious and laypeople. He has many publications to his credit\, translated into several languages.
