SUMMARY:Aperture 2026 e visita guidata al Mulino di Santa Libera
DESCRIPTION:Free guided tour every opening day at 3:00 PM \nDiscover a story of many centuries \nIn the locality of Santa Libera lies the ancient mill\, whose wheels were already operational in 1526 and which\, until its closure in 1980\, changed hands among the local and Venetian noble families. \nThe mill of Santa Libera tells a story spanning many centuries\, connected to the territory of Santa Giustina and the waters of the Veses stream. As early as 1526\, two flour wheels were in operation\, and over the centuries\, various owners took turns\, often local or Venetian noble families. It was closed by its last owners\, the Zanandrea family\, in 1981. The two-story mill building is part of an ancient rural courtyard\, with the milling equipment and installations on the ground floor and the granary on the upper floor. Thanks to the municipal administration of Santa Giustina\, in 2004 the mill was restored and reopened to the public. Guided tours are available upon request\, with opportunities for milling demonstrations\, educational workshops\, excursions\, and guided visits along the ancient waterways of the Santa Giustina territory that lead to the Mill of Santa Libera in Salzan.

From porcelain to vintage clothes\, from records to wooden boxes\, from tools used by our grandparents to coins… there’s something for everyone! \nThe stalls and gazebos are surrounded by frescoed buildings and the imposing medieval structure of the Castle of Alboino; the beautiful Teatro de la Sena (closed for restoration)\, an original miniature of the more famous Gran Teatro la Fenice in Venice\, the Carlo Rizzarda Modern Art Gallery\, the Civic Museum\, and the Diocesan Museum of Sacred Art are all worth a visit\, conveniently located in the historic center and with very low entrance fees.

SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - Biancolatte. Se non lo capisci non lo ami
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: the meeting will take place with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participantsCost: 40 euros\, all included; meeting valid for subscriptionsWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno)How to get there:by train (meditative journey)\, Sedico-Bribano or Belluno stationby car\, highway from Mestre to Belluno \nTasting snack with Angela De Luca. \nEveryone\, from children or in a moment of pure indulgence\, has snapped off a square of milk or white chocolate\, seeking immediate and thoughtless sweetness. In the collective imagination\, these bars have the task of giving us a reassuring and sugary treat. And they fulfill this task very well – we know this well – with the many commercial products that crowd the supermarket shelves. \nBut quality chocolate\, even when dressed in light shades\, follows completely different rules. \nWe will gather around the table of the Literary Nursery to break down old beliefs and approach tasting without prejudice. It will be a new journey to discover a world often underestimated\, the one with the presence of milk\, with the goal of demonstrating that chocolate does not have to be dark to be noble\, complex\, and extraordinarily deep. \nWe will put our hands on the packages\, learning to read the labels with a critical eye: we will isolate the indispensable ingredients\, understand which ones are permitted\, and learn to recognize what should never appear in a bar of excellence.  \nThe heart of the meeting will\, of course\, be the direct comparison through tastings. Placing different types side by side is the only way to train the senses to isolate defects\, recognize virtues\, and understand how the perfect balance of the recipe can radically change the tasting experience. \nLittle spoiler: cocoa remains the focus of every recipe\, the compass that dictates the character and aromas even when it encounters the roundness and creaminess of milk.  \nEverything needed to dismantle clichés and redraw the boundaries of taste will be available on the table. Bring only the desire to forget everything you thought you knew about milk and white chocolate. Angela De Luca \nSaturday at 3 p.m. We start on an empty stomach\, with all the taste buds on alert. Then the fun begins: we look\, smell\, taste\, and enjoy. And we will probably end up with a few less prejudices and many more surprises. at 6 p.m..30\, loose: greetings and kisses.

SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - In fondo al mar\, a caccia di estremofili
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: 14Cost: 40 euros\, including food\, drinks\, and an exclusive meeting with the authorWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno)How to get there:by train (meditative journey)\, Sedico-Bribano or Belluno stationby car\, highway from Mestre to Belluno \nScience\, before being formulas\, tools\, and publications\, is a stubborn way of being in the world. It is the attempt to understand what our place is in something much larger than ourselves: a living\, unstable\, deep\, ancient planet that breathes\, transforms\, and precedes us. Science is also a profoundly human activity. \nIt is made of people\, emotions\, ambitions\, dreams\, careers. And that’s how I like to tell it: made of dirty hands\, nights in the lab\, rough seas\, tools that don’t work\, sudden insights\, fear\, wonder\, failures\, and comebacks. Creative stubbornness and a pinch of obsession. \nAnd for this reason\, I not only do science\, I tell it. I recount abysses\, volcanoes\, microbes\, hydrogen\, oceans\, and expeditions because there\, in extreme places\, the questions become more bare. What is life? Where does it begin? How far can it go? How little does it need to endure? How truly separated are we from the Earth we inhabit? \nI tell because knowledge\, if it stays confined among specialists\, loses part of its strength. And because every expedition\, every sample\, every microbe found where it seemed impossible to live reminds us of a simple and dizzying thing: we are not the center of the world\, but a tiny\, fragile\, and temporary part of it. Donato Giovannelli \nSunday at 9.30 a.m. breakfast. Coffee\, tea\, all the good things needed to start the day well: biscotti made with organic flours baked in a wood-fired oven\, local yogurt and cheeses\, garden fruit jams\, and whatever the awakening and the season inspire (for example\, chiffon).  \nAt 12.30 p.m. light lunch\, greetings\, and toasts. In between\, chats\, questions\, nice ideas. As much as you want. \nBreakfast with Donato Giovannelli.

The active engagement with other participants\, to explore together who we are\, and how to improve our human connections. The shared lunch – another way to establish relationships – and the walk in the woods. What is human connection? It is the deep bond that forms between people when they feel seen\, heard\, understood\, and valued. These are needs that we all have. They manifest as a sense of belonging\, security\, and sharing. Why participate? “We live in a time when we can communicate technologically and instantly with anyone from anywhere in the world: nevertheless\, we feel more disconnected from ourselves and each other than ever.” \nWe are social beings and human connection is fundamental to our well-being. When I talk about human connection\, I mean the deep bond that forms between people when they feel seen\, heard\, understood\, and valued. These are needs that we all have. The YOGA & HUMAN CONNECTION pathway is designed to try to meet these needs\, to train ourselves – with the body and mind – to open up to others\, to reconnect. \nReservation is mandatory at Annabella Fairtlough whatsapp 346/3750134. \nThematic meetings dedicated to creating human connections

SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - Più verde del verde. Il Giappone\, dalla foglia alla tazzai
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: the meeting will take place with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 14 participants. \nCost: 40 euros\, all inclusive \nWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno) \nHow to get there: \n\nby train (meditative journey)\, station of Sedico-Bribano or Belluno\nby car\, motorway A27 from Mestre to Belluno\n\nTasting snack with Francesca Ferrarese and Mattia De Rossi. \nAll journeys begin with a meeting. In Japan\, there is a saying\, 一期一会 (ichi-go ichi-e)\, which inspired this journey of ours. It literally means “one time\, one meeting” and teaches us to live fully in the present\, because every person\, every thing\, every place\, and every meeting\, even if seemingly the same\, are unrepeatable. \nOn the other hand\, a forest on a sunny day will never be the same as that same forest on a rainy day. And just as the seasons are in continuous change\, so are people and situations never the same. \nIn this journey\, you will also be a part. \nWe will live together the value and strength of this proverb and we will help you discover the deeper face of Japan through a “green passport”: Nihoncha\, the quintessential Japanese green tea. \nWe will learn to understand its physicality and to observe how it changes from leaf to cup. We will discover how a single tea can transform the perception of taste by varying temperature and infusion times. \nWe will savor a new emotion for our Italian palates: umami\, the fifth fundamental taste\, alongside sweet\, salty\, bitter\, and sour. In a nutshell\, the taste that will slowly unveil Japanese daily life to us. \nWe will discover what tea is\, its origin\, its history\, and its protagonists from both yesterday and today. \nWe will understand what distinguishes Japanese green tea from other teas and learn about its processing\, the faces of those who produce it\, and the hands of the artisans who shape it through the art of ceramics in Japan. \nWe at Giappone nel Cassetto are waiting for you to discover what you would never expect from a tea: a moment of serendipity. Francesca Ferrarese and Mattia De Rossi \nSaturday at 3 p.m. We start on an empty stomach\, with all taste buds on alert. Then the fun begins: we look\, sniff\, taste\, and savor. Prepare for a journey to infinity and beyond. at 6 p.m..30\, farewell: kisses and hugs. \n

DESCRIPTION:Available spots: 14Cost: 40 euros\, including food\, drinks\, and an exclusive meeting with the authorWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno)How to get there:by train (meditative journey)\, Sedico-Bribano or Belluno stationby car\, highway from Mestre to Belluno \nBreakfast with Christian Raimo. \nThere are several ways to tell the family story\, the one that saw you and made you grow. Through images\, if you are part of the generation accustomed to times when photographs were printed\, and perhaps pasted in albums with fancy covers. Listening to the memories of those who lived the family before and during\, knowing that there is nothing less truthful than memory. But then\, are the photos more sincere? Furthermore: do only blood ties count to define familiarity? When\, as always\, the questions are many more than the answers\, it’s worth embarking on a journey in search of traces\, hypotheses\, revelations\, ready to be surprised by turns\, climbs\, and precipices. And to discover that the destination is far from where we had imagined. \nSunday at 9.30 a.m. breakfast. Coffee\, tea\, all the good things needed to start the day well: biscotti with organic flours baked in a wood oven\, yogurt and local cheeses\, garden fruit jams\, and whatever the awakening and the season inspire (for example\, chiffon).  \nAt 12.30 p.m. light lunch\, greetings\, and toast. In between\, chatter\, questions\, and great ideas. As much as you want.

SUMMARY:Vivaio Letterario - Lo spirito del Natale. Dialoghi tra cacao e distillati
DESCRIPTION:Available spots: to be determinedCost: to be determinedWhere: la Serra\, via Frontin 94a\, Borgo Valbelluna (Belluno)How to get there: by train (meditative journey)\, Sedico-Bribano or Belluno stationby car\, highway from Mestre to Belluno \nDinner with Angela De Luca\, Vincenzo Agostini\, and Alessio De Bona. \nWe had sort of promised to do a sequel\, so here we are\, with a Christmas dinner\, but not on Christmas (even though the number is right). We are doing it early because we want you with your taste buds and senses invigorated\, not dulled by too much food and family. The gift we are preparing for those who book quickly – it’s not a novelty: the seats are few\, without exceptions – is threefold\, like the protagonists of the evening. A few clues\, suggested by Angela. Cocoa originates in tropical climates\, grappa is a product of the cold; cocoa has thousands of years of history\, grappa is much younger; Christmas is a festival of light in the darkest moment of the year\, cocoa is dark by nature\, but generates “bright” flavors; the Advent period has two souls like chocolate\, one of inner peace and the other of convivial joy. Need more? The menu\, of course\, but for that\, one must be patient. \nwednesday at 8 p.m. get ready for an overwhelming\, unique\, unforgettable\, unparalleled\, immense experience. A gift that cannot be outdone. Keep the adjectives coming.

And it is certainly no coincidence that the most famous book in the world entrusts the principle of everything to a single word. We know that language distinguishes us from other animals\, allowing us to name people\, things\, ideas and thus making them exist. Language is a tool and how it is used is never neutral; to think that one word is worth as much as another is a dangerous or ill-intentioned illusion. Words create worlds and can destroy them\, reveal truths and falsify them. The place of the word is where democracy\, dialogue\, freedom\, and the listening to those who have less voice are chosen\, in which fundamental rights are recognized. Or the opposite. \n9.30 a.m. breakfast.
