The territory is almost exclusively mountainous and includes Monte Novegno\, Cima Lan\, Cima Campo\, and the northern slopes of the Grappa Massif\, but there are also valleys\, hills\, and the wonderful Lake Corlo\, which is the most important tourist attraction in the entire area. \nOther features include fortifications dating back to the Great War\, small ancient churches\, and especially the nature that reigns untouched over a series of small towns and villages scattered throughout the territory\, such as Mellame and Rivai\, where the excursion “Mellame-Rivai\, the story of the forest that walks\, welcomes\, and rests” will take place. \n In addition to admiring these small villages that resemble a nativity scene due to the large number of stone houses all clustered together\, the walk will conclude with a stop at the former turnery dairy with a tasting provided by the Friends of Casel di Melam.

DESCRIPTION:The Municipality of Limana\, in collaboration with the Municipal Library and the Pro Loco of Limana\, presents the 2nd edition of Christmas Lights in Limana\, a rich calendar of initiatives that will accompany the community throughout the holiday season\, from December 6 to January 6. \nNature walks\, children’s shows\, musical moments\, cultural events\, religious celebrations\, and activities dedicated to families will enliven the town from December 6 to January 6\, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. \nAs every year\, there will be the lighting of the decorations\, concerts\, the living nativity scene\, traditional celebrations\, and cultural proposals curated by the Library. \nAdditionally\, the “Luminous Limana” Contest returns\, dedicated to the most beautiful Christmas decorations: applications are open until Sunday\, December 14. \nThe night excursion “Under the Wolf’s Moon”\, scheduled for January 3 at 7:00 PM\, will offer participants a suggestive experience immersed in the winter nature\, accompanied by expert guides along a path suitable for everyone. How do we know how far away planets\, stars\, and galaxies are? Throughout history\, scientists have devised various methods\, quite ingenious\, to answer these questions. Discovering\, to their surprise but also with great unease\, that we live in a cosmos of ever-increasing dimensions\, which have expanded at a colossal rate in recent decades.The highlight of the telescope observation will be a surprising Moon\, featuring a view\, due to favorable libration\, of the Sea of Crises\, alongside the craters Cleomedes and Geminus. The sight of the craters Endymion\, Langrenus\, Vendelinus\, Petavius\, with its characteristic rift\, and Furnerius will also be very spectacular. DESCRIPTION:The Christmas atmosphere\, the true magic made of anticipation and wonder\, risks fading\, especially in the eyes of the little ones.  \nThis is why the project “Colderù: The Village that Lights Up Christmas” was born\, with the aim of reviving the authentic Christmas atmosphere in every alley and corner of Colderù and restoring to our children the pure joy and magic that this holiday brings\, countering the slow dimming of imagination.  \nVillage not only as a geographical term but as the very essence of a community: a network of affections\, support\, and collective responsibility\, where every inhabitant takes care of the well-being and joy of the little ones. This village that comes alive and transforms into a fairy tale place\, made of lights\, decorations\, and special meetings\, is the tangible result of everyone’s commitment\, involvement\, and creativity. \n  \nThe grand inauguration is scheduled for Saturday\, December 6\, 2025. Here’s the program for the day: \n– at 4:00 PM we start with a creative workshop for children (by reservation by 12/4 at the number 3280977800) \n– at 6:00 PM there will be the lighting of the decorations followed by a guided tour of the village to admire the displayed creations.
