Actor and trainer Alberto Fornasati has led these workshops divided into three groups of different ages\, and on May 17 at 6 p.m.\, he will showcase the results of these sessions. \nOn Saturday\, May 23 at 9 p.m.\, the group i Comelianti from S.Stefano di Cadore\, one of the most active companies in the Province\, will present a “noir” comedy Innocenti\, ma non troppo\, loosely based on the film “The Conspiracy of Innocents” by Alfred Hitchcock. \nFollowing that\, on May 30 at 9 p.m.\, the company LaTrappola from Vicenza returns to Mel with the show “I will kill you until you die”\, a sparkling comedy with a comic crescendo of paradoxical and hilarious situations that will reveal more than just a single mystery. \nWe continue on Saturday\, June 6 at 9 p.m. with “Sic Transit Gloria Mundi – The Pope Woman” by Ippogrifo Produzioni from Verona. A funny and imaginative monologue that tells the hypothetical and controversial election of a female pope. There’s much laughter and just as much thinking. \nThe festival will conclude with the double appointment on June 13 and 14 at 9 p.m.\, featuring the Gruppo Teatrale Zumellese debuting their new show “Curious Women” by C.Goldoni. The meeting point and parking will be in the square of Modolo\, with a collective return planned for 3:30 p.m. \n Throughout the day\, there will be performances\, installations\, and live music featuring emerging international artists\, accompanied by DJ sets from Alex Martello\, Camp & Dell\, Magnetic Jazz Tea\, and Riva Disco. DESCRIPTION:In case of bad weather\, the event is canceled.  \nShuttle service from Pian di Coltura/Ristorante Baiocco to Chalet Col d’Artent.From 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM cost: €2.00 round trip.WARNING: It is not allowed to board the shuttle with dogs and strollers. \nWARNING:– it is prohibited to enter the meadows– it is prohibited to have picnics– flowers cannot be picked– it is prohibited to drive up the mule path for non-residents– it is prohibited to park on the meadows– dogs must be kept on a leash and their waste must be collected– Malga Garda is closed– the fences are electrified for wild boars\, please be cautious– the restaurants are not on the trail but are reachable by car– the walk should be done independently and is not suitable for people with mobility difficulties \n \n \nAn opportunity to contribute to the preservation of the daffodil\, the “White Prince” of our mountains\, with an experience of environmental sustainability essential to safeguard this specialty of our pre-Alpine ridge that attracts thousands of visitors each year. \nIn a perspective of slow and sustainable tourism\, access will be via shuttle bus departing from the parking lot of Pian di Coltura and arriving at the chalet of Col d’Artent where you will find an info point and a refreshment point managed by the volunteer associations of the Municipality of Lentiai. The chalet will also open throughout the summer on weekends. From here\, the walk to Malga Garda to observe the wonderful bloom and the incredible panorama over Valbelluna and the Dolomites takes about an hour and a half with a 300m elevation change on a mule path\, not particularly demanding\, just requiring a minimum of mountain walking experience. \nMany accompanying initiatives will be organized. Always open and visitable\, near the parking lot of the sports field\, the tour of the Laghetti della Rimonta featuring the works of Rimont’Arte. Also try the walk of the Sentiero dei Capitelli Affrescati that goes from Lentiai to Colderù. \nOn the day of May 31\, there will also be the opportunity to visit for free the little churches of San Bartolomeo in Villapiana\, the Hermitage of San Donato in Ronchena\, and the church of Santa Giuliana in Canai\, in collaboration with Frammenti d’arte. \nThe wonderful daffodils of Col d’Artent are back to put on a show.

DESCRIPTION:The Valbelluna is preparing to welcome a visit of extraordinary spiritual\, cultural\, and human value: on the 16th and 17th of May 2026\, His Eminence Reverend Cardinal Ernest Simoni will be a guest in the area for two intense days of meetings\, celebrations\, and testimonials (event promoted by Unidolomiti\, SSML San Domenico\, the Municipality of Limana\, and the San Giovanni Bosco Parish of Belluno). \nA symbolic figure of the Church of our time\, Cardinal Ernest Simoni is internationally known for his extraordinary human story: persecuted during the Albanian communist regime\, he spent many years in prison and forced labor without ever renouncing his faith. His testimony\, authentic and intense\, continues today to speak to both believers and non-believers\, invoking universal values such as dignity\, hope\, dialogue\, and peace. \nThe program will start on Saturday\, May 16th at 4:00 p.m. at the Municipality of Limana with the official welcome from Mayor Michele Talo. Following this\, at 4:15 p.m.\, Cardinal Simoni will be the protagonist of the testimony meeting titled “The Reason for Faith and Spirituality\,” included in the “GrandiosaMente” festival. DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, May 20\, the Auditorium ex chiesa di San Pietro di Borgo Valbelluna will host the presentation of the book “Rediscovering the Belluno Prealps“\, by Giovanni Carraro. \nWith this volume\, Giovanni Carraro completes the long journey of exploration of the Eastern Venetian Prealps\, which began in 2011 with Rediscovering the Treviso Prealps\, bringing his story to the Valbelluna. \nA journey of 543 kilometers on foot through seven areas that narrate the variety and beauty of the Belluno Prealps: from the Coi de Pèra of Ponte nelle Alpi to the Nevegal – Col Visentin area\, from Limana to Trichiana\, from Mel to Lentiai\, up to the Canal del Piave. \n50 itineraries\, some of which are unpublished\, that touch on ancient stone quarries\, alpine dairies and cottages\, small churches\, waterfalls\, gorges\, and old hamlets\, with views that range from the Dolomites to the plain. Each route is accompanied by Tabacco maps\, a technical table\, a QR Code for the starting point\, and downloadable GPS tracks from the Ediciclo website. Numerous cultural boxes and reports enrich the narrative with insights into history\, legends\, and local curiosities\, offering the walker an authentic way to know and understand this part of the mountains. \nThe author\, Giovanni Carraro\, was born in Pieve di Cadore in 1966 and lives in Susegana (Treviso). A hiker\, writer\, and communicator\, he is the creator of the Prosecco Hills Path of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Among the books published with Ediciclo: Rediscovering the Treviso Prealps (2011)\, The Hidden Trails of the Treviso Prealps (2013)\, Wild Visentin (2015)\, Dolomites – a view among the rocks (2023)\, and Rediscovering Monte Grappa (2024). He collaborates with Telebelluno and Il Gazzettino\, is a freelance journalist\, CAI member\, and F.I.E. Hiking Guide.
