DESCRIPTION:A brand new off road challenge in the spectacular scenery of the UNESCO Dolomites \nAfter years of the established Granfondo Sportful Dolomiti Race\, we present the 4th edition of the Sportful Dolomiti GRAVEL\, a completely different experience compared to the granfondo: a journey to discover the Bellunese. \n  Face this journey without a stopwatch. \n There will be moments when the road ahead is straight\, and at other times it will be winding and difficult to traverse.  It won’t be a walk in the park; as organizers of the Sportful Dolomiti Race\, we have to make you work a bit\, but trust us and let yourself be surprised by the landscape and the magic of nature\, fill your lungs with the fantastic air of the Bellunese. \n  The essence of this journey lies in the route you take\, not in the final finish line. We will be waiting for you at the finish in Pedavena\, in the Park of the century-old Brewery to celebrate your achievement.  \n Three routes are proposed:  \nBUBU (55km and 670m elevation gain) is for gravel newcomers\, for those who want to take a little trip “off the beaten path” without straying too far from Feltre and spending too much time on the bike. \n RANGER SMITH (79 km and 1\,300m elevation gain) is the new entry of the Sportful Dolomiti Gravel.  \n YOGI (190km and 3\,000m elevation gain) is perhaps the most fun\, although more challenging\, and you will have to approach it with the awareness that you will be in the saddle for several hours.  \n All routes\, except for some stretches along the main paved roads useful for connection\, develop on paths\, white roads\, and secondary paved roads.

DESCRIPTION:This year Longarone has decided to bring great culture to its oldest village\, Castellavazzo\, proposing “Lithéa – The Art of Stone\, Body\, and Voice.” \nAs if there were a muse\, Lithéa\, guiding hands\, gazes\, voices\, bodies\, the art of extraction and processing of stone will merge with the performing arts. \nThe first opportunity to visit us is Saturday\, July 11\, when Piazza Fontana in Castellavazzo will become the open-air stage for “Lu Santo jullare Francesco”\, a show by Dario Fo\, staged by Mario Pirovano. The occasion is twofold: the 100th anniversary of Dario Fo’s birth and the 800th anniversary of Saint Francis’ death. “It is a great honor for us to be included in the calendar of the official celebrations of the Centenary of Dario Fo\, organized by the Fo Rame Foundation – states Councilor for Culture Anna Olivier – A unique opportunity to listen to a memorable work on the life of Saint Francis\, written by the Nobel Prize winner for Literature 1997. An unprecedented portrait that Fo paints of the most extraordinary innovator of Christian thought\, addressing the great themes that run through contemporary society.”  \nSunday\, July 12\, will instead feature “Alétheia”\, a workshop with a duo of artists: the Belluno soprano Chiara Isotton and American actor Patick Cann. A little less than a year after the awarding of the International Prize Bellunesi which honors the province in Italy and in the World to the soprano\, we decided to offer singing and acting enthusiasts the opportunity to experience a day of work with international professionals. The day will develop into a 360° workshop on voice and body\, starting with texts selected for the occasion. DESCRIPTION:On July 11 and 12\, in the picturesque setting of Nevegal\, the II Festa di San Giovanni Gualberto\, patron saint of foresters\, returns\, an event dedicated to nature\, tradition\, spirituality\, and the enhancement of the alpine forest heritage. \nFor two days\, the community and visitors will experience moments of meeting\, culture\, and sharing immersed in the green heart of the Belluno mountains\, celebrating the deep bond between man\, forest\, and territory. \n Among the main events of the festival\, on Sunday\, July 12\, at 10:30 a.m.\, the Pedonata San Gualberto will take place\, a non-competitive walk of 7.5 km starting from the Church of San Gualberto and arriving at the Nevegal square. Like little matches\, each film will illuminate reality in a new way\, showing us a path in these dark times. We need flames\, sparks\, lanterns to guide us\, to give us a little light. That’s why we have taken the motto from Zanzotto “Cinema burns and illuminates\,” because perhaps cinema cannot change the world\, but it can show it to us in a new way. \n  A festival that starts from the province\, that of Belluno and Feltrino\, a territory on the margins yet rich in culture and history\, at the foot of the Dolomites. DESCRIPTION:Free guided tour every opening day at 3:00 PM  \nDiscover a story of many centuries \nIn the locality of Santa Libera lies the ancient mill\, whose wheels were already operational in 1526 and which\, until its closure in 1980\, changed hands among the local and Venetian noble families. \nThe mill of Santa Libera tells a story spanning many centuries\, connected to the territory of Santa Giustina and the waters of the Veses stream. As early as 1526\, two flour wheels were in operation\, and over the centuries\, various owners took turns\, often local or Venetian noble families. It was closed by its last owners\, the Zanandrea family\, in 1981. The two-story mill building is part of an ancient rural courtyard\, with the milling equipment and installations on the ground floor and the granary on the upper floor. Thanks to the municipal administration of Santa Giustina\, in 2004 the mill was restored and reopened to the public. Guided tours are available upon request\, with opportunities for milling demonstrations\, educational workshops\, excursions\, and guided visits along the ancient waterways of the Santa Giustina territory that lead to the Mill of Santa Libera in Salzan.
