In this edition\, the CONI of Belluno will participate with a stand in front of the Municipality building to promote the first edition of the Veneto Sports Festival. \nTo access\, it will be necessary to register at the dedicated stand set up in Piazza Duomo.

DESCRIPTION:RESERVATION REQUIRED: zanandreacarlo@gmail.com \n Concert for voices and clarinets \nOccasionally\, the Planetarium of the Astronomical Center\, also benefiting from excellent acoustics\, transforms into a functional concert hall. \nOn this occasion\, it will host a precious excellence from the Belluno area\, the Crystal Tears Vocal Group (GVCT)\, a well-established choral reality for years\, together with a group of young clarinetists who have trained at the school of Alessandro Muscatello at the Miari School and the Renier High School in Belluno. The concert will unfold along the two directions that have always animated the spirit and interests of the GVCT\, constantly intersecting on one side with the music of the classical era\, represented here by the trio of Haydn-Mozart-Beethoven\, and on the other with contemporary music\, capturing the most particular and less practiced and frequented aspects of both. In fact\, the audience will be presented with unusual works and rarely heard pieces by otherwise very famous authors: fresh and brilliant music\, fully suited for presentation in a less “institutional” context like the planetarium. Two absolute premieres will also be offered to the public\, one of which\, Meteors (Planctus coeli)\, featuring stars and planets\, was specifically written for the occasion by Maestro Irlando Danieli\, a professor at the Milan Conservatory and composer represented at La Scala\, La Fenice\, and in major European theaters. \nVarious pieces will be alternated with illustrations of the starry sky at the planetarium.

DESCRIPTION:Program for Sunday\, September 21:At 2:30 PM guided tour of the museum and a Cimbrian village. \nOpening hours: from June 1 to September 30: Thursday and Friday 2 PM – 6 PM // Saturday\, Sunday\, and holidays 10 AM – 12:30 PM and 2 PM – 6 PM.Open all year round for groups on request. \nThe Cansiglio is a pre-Alpine plateau between the provinces of Belluno\, Treviso\, and Pordenone. With its characteristic basin shape\, it is a true hiking paradise due to its forest\, which is the second largest in Italy. In this area\, there is a Cimbrian ethnic settlement dating back to the early 1800s.Of German origin\, this population comes from Roana\, one of the seven municipalities of the Vicentine plateau\, which settled here because of the rich beech woods\, a plant species suitable for artisanal work.Currently\, the villages of Campon and Pian Osteria are inhabited by the Cimbri\, while traces of some typical buildings remain in Le Rotte\, Vallorch\, I Pich\, Pian Canaie\, Canaie\, Pian dei Lovi\, and Valbona. The historic building of Pian Osteria houses the Ethnographic Museum and Cimbrian culture; it is open every day from June 15 to September 15 and can also be visited by reservation during the other periods of the year. Among the sections\, the first is dedicated to woodwork; the second is dedicated to Cimbrian artisanal activities; the third is dedicated to the library and the projection of videos about Cansiglio and Cimbrian culture\, its history\, and its legends.
