DESCRIPTION:Free entry  \n Cycle of informative meetings aimed at bringing the public closer to the ancient history of the province of Belluno \nThe Association Il Fondaco per Feltre\, in collaboration with the CAI – Section of Feltre\, presents Archeotracce: Archaeological Paths in the Province of Belluno\, a multi-year project dedicated to the knowledge\, enhancement\, and promotion of the Belluno archaeological heritage. The initiative aims to create a cultural network\, uniting museums\, archaeological sites\, local associations\, and scholars\, and making the oldest history of our mountains more accessible. \nThe project is supported by the Fondazione Dolomiti UNESCO\, a recognition that highlights the importance of archaeology in dialogue with the Dolomite landscape and the cultural heritage of the territory. \n  \nEDITION 2025 – 2026\nThe 2025 – 2026 edition consists of a series of outreach meetings that will take place between autumn 2025 and spring 2026\, hosted at the Sala Polifunzionale del Pradenich in Cesiomaggiore (BL). DESCRIPTION:In the Journey Stage of the  Paralympic Flame of the 2026 Winter Games in Milan-Cortina leading to Venice\, Wednesday\, March 4\, the flame will pass through Belluno. \nThe event is expected to take place in the streets of the city center from around 11:10 AM to 12:10 PM. \nThe torchbearers will start from Via Feltre\, then Via Caffi\, Via Tasso and Via Tissi. From there\, they will continue on Via Gabelli\, then head back towards the center to Piazza Santo Stefano. With Antonella Giacomini. \n“I believe that for some time I needed a trip like this\, completely alone. I think there comes a moment when everyone feels the need to prove something to themselves.” Thus\, Antonella Giacomini opens “In perpetual circular motion\,” the title of the evening and of the chapter in her book “I wanted to see the tundra\,” which tells the story of seven weeks in solitude along the Great Trail\, the longest cycling route in the world. \nAfter crossing desolate and icy lands often at the ends of the world\, Antonella wonders if she is still capable of great adventures\, comparing them to waves to ride. And she does this riding a bicycle loaded with 50 kg of luggage\, following a project born on paper after reading on social media about the inauguration of this incredible network of bike paths\, trails\, and backroads that connect the east and west of Canada. With her will be whales\, icebergs\, free animals in the prairies\, and for the last weeks\, two fearless friends. She will cross woods\, swamps\, and flower fields.
