DESCRIPTION:Program for Sunday\, August 17:3:00 PM guided tour of the “Carbonai” museum. \nOpening hours:from June 1 to September 30: Thursday and Friday 2 PM – 6 PM // Saturday\, Sunday and holidays 10 AM – 12:30 PM and 2 PM – 6 PM.Open all year round for groups upon request. \nThe Cansiglio is a pre-Alpine plateau between the provinces of Belluno\, Treviso\, and Pordenone. With its characteristic basin shape\, it is a true paradise for hiking due to its forest\, which is the second largest in Italy. This area is home to an ethnic Cimbrian settlement dating back to the early 1800s.Of German origin\, this population comes from Roana\, one of the seven municipalities of the Vicentine plateau\, which settled here due to the abundantly rich beech forests\, a plant species suitable for artisan work.Currently\, the villages of Campon and Pian Osteria are inhabited by the Cimbri\, while traces of some typical buildings remain in Le Rotte\, Vallorch\, I Pich\, Pian Canaie\, Canaie\, Pian dei Lovi\, and Valbona. The historical building of Pian Osteria houses the Ethnographic Museum and Cimbrian culture; it is open every day from June 15 to September 15 and is available for visits by reservation during other periods of the year. Among the sections\, the first is dedicated to wood processing; the second is dedicated to the Cimbri’s artisanal activities; the third is dedicated to the library and the screening of videos about Cansiglio and Cimbrian culture\, its history\, and its legends. A First Aid point will be available.Registrations can be made on Saturday 9th\, Sunday 10th\, Tuesday 12th\, Wednesday 13th\, Thursday 14th\, and Saturday 16th August from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM\, at the headquarters of the Comitato Alpago 2ruote&solidarietà\, c/o the Youth Hostel – Via del Mulino\, 7 – Bastia d’Alpago (BL). On Sunday\, August 17th\, from 8:00 AM until 15 minutes before the respective departure time (unless otherwise decided by the organizers) in front of the Youth House of Puos d’Alpago. Solidarity cycling around Lake Santa Croce in Alpago. \nThe route of the Giro del Lago di Santa Croce in the Run\, Handbike\, and Bike versions starts from the central square of Papa Luciani in Puos\, touching the locations of Farra\, Poiatte\, Santa Croce del Lago\, La Secca\, Bastia d’Alpago\, before returning after about 17.4 km to Puos\, arriving at the main square of the village. \nThe Pedestrian route is combined with the classic Giro del Lago di Santa Croce for both the start and finish. The 7 km long route begins on via al Lago\, then moves along the bank of the Tesa stream\, at the height of the sports facilities of the Unione Montana dell’Alpago\, from Puos towards Farra\, crossing the picturesque nature oasis close to Lake Santa Croce\, before reaching the village of Bastia and ascending along the cycling path to the height of the Puos nursing home\, before returning to the paved road\, traversing a stretch of Via Roma\, and then proceeding towards the finish on via Verdi. \nThe Skate route is also combined with the classic Giro del Lago di Santa Croce for both the start and finish. The course\, 4.8 km long\, is completely flat and on a paved road. It winds along via al Lago and via Turatti\, from Puos towards Farra\, before turning right on via Matteotti and then reaching the roundabout that leads to via Roma\, the long straight stretch that leads to the finish on via Verdi. Along the route and at the finish\, always in Piazza Papa Luciani in Puos\, free refreshment stations will be set up.

DESCRIPTION:The summer appointment with great music returns to Borgo Valbelluna. \nThe Concerts in the Village are back\, featuring young talents and established professionals aiming to promote music listening and the local area\, fully convinced that it is a tool for individual and collective growth\, a powerful cultural expression\, thanks to its emotional component. \n Organized by the municipal administration of Borgo Valbelluna in collaboration with the Zumellese Choir and the ITM social promotion association\, they will take place in various locations in Borgo Valbelluna. \n  It begins on Thursday\, August 7 with the winners of the City of Belluno Contest: Matteo Di Bella on piano\, Lara Caniato on harp\, Elena Barnaus on flute\, and Jacopo De Biasi on clarinet at the San Pietro Auditorium in Mel. \nWednesday\, August 13 is a special evening Under the Stars for stargazing and spatialized electronic music in the splendid setting of Zumelle Castle\, in collaboration with the Belluno Astrophile Group. \nMonday\, August 18\, a Clarinet Quartet will perform in the beautiful garden of Villa Alpago Novello in Frontin di Trichiana. Nicole Manarin\, Stefano De Marco\, Jacopo De Biasi\, and Daniel Creter will perform. In case of bad weather\, the performance will be held at the San Pietro Auditorium in Mel. \nFriday\, August 22\, the Rudemà will perform in concert at the Colderù square with their world music and dances ranging from French Balfolk to Irish Music. In case of bad weather\, the performance will be held at the San Pietro Auditorium in Mel. \nFriday\, August 29 sees the return of pianist Mosè Andrich with a tribute to Erik Satie in the courtyard of Villa Sophie in Sant’Antonio Tortal. In case of bad weather\, the show will be held in the San Felice Hall in Trichiana. \nFriday\, September 5 is the last appointment of the series with the show Operetta and Frou Frou featuring a string and wind ensemble\, Matteo Andri on piano\, and soprano Paola Crema\, in the courtyard of Palazzo Francescon in Mel. DESCRIPTION:The Belluno Dolomites National Park is a protected area located in the heart of the Dolomites\, in the province of Belluno\, Veneto. Established in 1990\, the park covers over 31\,000 hectares and offers an extraordinary variety of mountain landscapes\, flora\, and fauna\, making it an ideal destination for nature lovers and trekking enthusiasts.  \n For summer 2025\, free daily guided excursions return for all participants. Beautiful trails\, ascending in altitude\, discovering special routes rich in biodiversity in various super-panoramic areas.  \nThere are eight outings proposed to experience the Park and discover the wonders of the UNESCO heritage. Choose\, book\, and come explore the Park accompanied by Mazarol Naturalists and Environmental Educators.  \nAn opportunity to admire and photograph nature\, discover the wonderful alpine flowers\, and many large and small animals.  \nThe excursions have a maximum number of participants\, and it is advisable to register at least two days in advance.  \n  The Belluno Dolomites always offer paths\, discoveries\, and surprises for everyone!  \n \nFree guided tours for everyone \nThe morning excursions have a maximum number of participants and it is recommended to register at least two days in advance at guide.pndb@gmail.com or by calling or sending a message (WhatsApp\, Telegram\, or SMS) to 3290040808. The response from the Mazarol Secretary will serve as confirmation of your registration for the excursion! As additional confirmation\, you will receive via email or message the Mazarol notes with all the details on clothing and equipment needed to participate in the excursions.
